This EP, called 'When The World Stood Still', is the result of the testing months during the first wave of the pandemic. It's my way to stay healthy; physical, but certainly also mentally.
In this strange period, we all distance ourselves from each other, but we also distance ourselves from our normal, everyday lives. The world is turned upside down.
Four songs that express this time of loneliness, the disbelief of the situation, but above all an insight into a different way of life.
Seeing a positive sign in this spinning, changing world. The clouds above (and in) our heads always disappear. To witness and behold that, is beautiful. And behind those clouds awaits the sun, that is wisdom.
